This is MAGURA’s top model for more demanding e-bike use. With its powerful 4-pistons calipers, the MT5 PRO offers safe performance at high speeds, even on heavy e-bikes. The PRO system is based on the MAGURA MT features. Due to the combination with SPORT brake pads and the MDR-C or MDR-P rotors it even offers higher braking forces and stability.

Description
- The radial design of the brake master ensures low friction, reducing transmission losses. It also enables the conversion of (small / large) transmission ratios, which improves modulation and control
- The 4-piston brake calliper forged in one piece has a high degree of rigidity, resulting in outstanding braking force and the best possible modulation
- Compared to the MT7, the MT5’s increased piston retraction makes it particularly dependable in continuous use. Mounting is also fast and the MT5 is friction-free
- The 1-finger HC lever has been ergonomically optimised and is now also suitable for riders with smaller hands
- The changed geometry allows it to be ridden closer to the handlebars for more comfort on long descents and increased control
This is for one brake system (one lever/master cylinder, hose and caliper) that fits front or rear, please note that you maybe required to cut down the hose for a perfect fit depending upon the type of stem, wheels and bars on your bike.
*Please Note: Both the MT7 and MT5 PRO brake systems require the removal of the factory fitted Sur-ron brake switches.
