Technology
Introducing Low Density Layer (LDL), better known as Quadcore. This is a soft gel padding for rotational and low-g impact protection.
The helmet is made out of a flexible and durable thermoplastic material that is easy to mould and hard to dent or damage (ABS).
Expanded polystyrene (EPS) is a lightweight closed cell foam. Capable of absorbing impact forces. EPS is used in varying densities.
