Warranty Policy

Our products come with a comprehensive warranty that covers any defects or issues arising from non-user error, ensuring you receive the best quality and durability. Below are the key details of what is covered and not covered under this warranty:

PLEASE NOTE, WE OFFER A RETURN TO BASE WARRANTY. FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM TO BE FIXED BY US IT IS THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO GET THE VEHICLE TO OUR WORKSHOP TO BE REPAIRED. ALTERNATIVELY WE CAN SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM AND SEND YOU PARTS ONLY. WE WILL REQUIRE THE VIN NUMBER AND IMAGES/VIDEOS OF THE FAULT TO PROCESS THIS. 

Manufacturer Warranty Periods: 

SUR RON: 12 Months Parts & Some Labour (Please check prior)

E-RIDE PRO: 12 Months Parts 

STOMP: 30 Days Parts & Labour 

EBOX: First 30 Days Parts & Labour Then 5 Months Parts Only 

KAYO:  First 30 Days Parts & Labour Then 11 Months Parts Only 

KURZ: 6 Months Parts Only

TALARIA: 12 Months Parts Only

Please Note: that these warranty dates start from the day of purchase - not from first use of the bike. 

What the Warranty Includes:

- Non-User Error Defects: Any manufacturing or material defects that impact the functionality of the product.

- Battery Malfunction: If the battery fails to perform as expected under normal usage, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

- Electronic Failures: Issues with internal electronic components that occur due to no fault of the user.

What the Warranty Does Not Include:

- Wearable Parts: Items subject to regular wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, or brake pads, are not covered. It is normal and expected for these parts to be replaced throughout the lifespan of the bike.

- Crash or Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, drops, falls, or improper use will not be covered under the warranty, regardless of how long you have owned the bike for. 

- Third-Party Repairs: Any unauthorised repairs or modifications will void the warranty.

- Used Bikes (All Makes) 

When purchasing a used bike please bare in mind that warranty is at our discretion and a maximum of 30 days warranty is provided on main components. If you wish to receive full manufacturer warranty please purchase a new bike. 


Important Note:

All warranty claims and repairs must be addressed exclusively at our Manchester workshop. Any attempt to repair the product at another location or by a third party will invalidate the warranty. Ensure that all services are completed through our certified Manchester service centre for the warranty to remain valid.

Please also note: If you purchase a bike from another shop then the warranty is only valid with the shop you bought it from.

The only exception to this is if you have been told explicitly from the manufacturer to bring it to E-Bike Masters for repairs.
